Downtown Antioch FT/PT Hours:
Full-Time/Part-Time (2 or 3 days per week) Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18-20

Additional Info:
The Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) provides primary and continuing medical care to patients at Brighter Beginnings Family Health Clinics (BBFHC). Physicians consider physical, emotional, and social factors when diagnosing illness and developing treatment plans. Patients may be referred to specialty or hospital care as needed.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions; perform histories, examinations, diagnostics, prescribing, and referrals. Provide preventive care, immunizations, chronic disease management, and patient education. Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (eClinicalWorks) and ensure HIPAA compliance. Participate in quality assurance, chart reviews, and protocol development.
Requirements:
Active or pending CA medical license and board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine.
