Join Our Oxnard, California Team as a Hospital Medicine Physician

We'd love to talk if you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and connection to a vibrant community. We are hiring a full-time hospitalist and nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit, well-established team of 6 physicians at Dignity St. John's Hospital Camarillo. Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
Daytime hospitalist
  • 7 AM
  • 7 PM. Nocturnist
  • 7 PM
  • 7 AM.
Rotate through your fair share of days and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role. Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift. Nocturnists will do admissions and cross coverage. Living and Working in

Rewards and Compensation:
Annual full-time compensation is $300k
  • $342k, depending on the schedule worked. Full-time, average of 15 shifts per month with opportunities to moonlight. Part-time daily compensation is $1700
  • 1900 per shift, depending on the shift worked.
