Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join a dynamic and well-respected pediatric anesthesia team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 100% pediatric environment with exceptional professional support and quality of life in Californias Central Valley.
Practice Highlights:
100% pediatric anesthesiology covering a wide range of routine and complex cases Approximately 16,000 anesthetics performed annually All surgical service lines except burns and transplants Shift-based model with flexible scheduling (184 shifts per year, including only 17 in-house overnight call shifts) Transparent and equitable scheduling with opportunities for additional compensated shifts Choose your own case assignments Solo practice and occasional medical direction (1:1 with residents, 1:2 with CRNAs) Collaborative, safety-driven team environment emphasizing mentorship, communication, and professional growth
Compensation & Benefits:
