Position Highlights Hospital-based position with zero overhead Join 3 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practitioners in a full scope primary care practice, including preventive health and wellness programs, no obstetrics Participate in training/teaching medical students and/or Family Medicine Residents. There is an opportunity to become adjunct or core faculty in the Family Medicine Residency Balanced work-life and flexible schedule, some Telehealth available Practice call only Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus productivity (range $300-$400k) Robust retirement plans : 401(k), profit sharing, and cash balance Paid professional expenses : CA Medical License, DEA, Board & Specialty dues Generous vacation time & CME stipend Comprehensive health coverage : medical, dental, vision
