Psychiatrist :
Meet with mentally ill patient - inmate for crisis interventions, face to face interviews Conduct initial mental health evaluations including criminal, psychiatric, and substance abuse case history to assess inmates current needs and make treatment recommendations in the initial evaluation. Document all care provided to the patient-inmate, including face to face contacts and IDTT meetings. Requirements for
Psychiatrist :
Physician & Surgeon License in CA ABPN Certificate or 3 year Psychiatry Residency Certificate BLS from American Heart Association DEA & Cures Must have your own malpractice insurance
