  • $425,000 per year Job Details
  • We are seeking a Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and behavioral health support as part of a collaborative community health team.
Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments and evidence-based medication management Provide behavioral health services, psychoeducation and follow-up care to patients Provide Medication Assisted Treatment when appropriate Work closely with psychotherapists, primary care physicians and support staff Participate in case conferences, departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives Provide clinical supervision to psychiatric advanced practice providers and trainees Complete patient documentation accurately and within required timelines Qualifications Medical Degree required Completion of a four-year psychiatry residency required Board certified or eligible for board certification in Psychiatry Valid California medical license required Current California Drug Enforcement Administration licensure required Current Basic Life Support certification required through an American Heart Association approved source Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Ability to work with confidential information in a professional and ethical manner A bit about us:
