Our growing group is seeking a motivated, collegial Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a respected community-based practice with strong hospital relationships and long-term stability. Role Description This full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician role is an on-site position located in Downey, CA. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with pulmonary and critical care conditions in inpatient hospital environment. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic procedures, delivering intensive care treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing patient care plans to ensure the best outcomes for individuals with respiratory and critical health conditions. The physician will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care. Qualifications Strong expertise in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented with commitment to high-quality patient care Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine California medical license (or ability to obtain) Position High Lights Mix of closed ICU, and Pulmonary consultative medicine Established referral base and strong community presence Flexible scheduling structure Competitive compensation 1099 Supportive physician-led culture Modern practice environment in a desirable Southern California location
