General ENT Physician opportunity in Northern California, located in Northern California, midway between San Francisco and Sacramento. NorthBay Health is seeking an Otolaryngologist to practice in our highly regarded health system in Fairfield, CA. NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure options Northern California offers residents the landscape for healthy active living. Our board-certified team of ENT Physicians, speech therapists and audiologists will provide a comprehensive evaluation and then employ a variety of treatments including medication, advanced diagnostic procedures and surgery to ensure a personalized care plan for the ultimate wellbeing of our adult and pediatric patients. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Dedicated procedure and administrative time
Call Ratio:
shared call
Daily Patient Census:
10 - 16 patients per day
Equipment/Resources:
Operating microscope, 2 towers for nasal/sinus scopes, and ultrasound
Provider Support:
Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Primary Responsibilities
- Basic Biopsies
- Myringotomies
- Closed nasal fracture reductions Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Otolaryngology
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state
- Proven experience in Otolaryngology procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compensation and Perks
Compensation Range:
$500,000 - $680,000 (Full Time)
