HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting an adaptable Outpatient Physician to support regional community health clinic sites and expanding mobile health initiatives near Folsom area.

Compensation & Exceptional Benefits:

Salary Range:

$275,000 - $335,110 annually (Based on experience and licensure). Choice of premium PPO medical plans (including a $0 out-of-pocket in-network option). Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation in your first year, plus 7 paid holidays. 403(b) plan with up to a 4% employer match and immediate vesting. Dedicated annual CME stipend, 1 week of paid CME time off, plus up to $3,000/year in tuition reimbursement. Fully covered malpractice insurance with tail coverage included at no cost.

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality, comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population. Provide culturally and linguistically responsive medical care alongside dedicated medical assistants and translation resources. Support various regional clinic sites and community programs based on operational needs. Manage outpatient EMR workflows, including lab reviews, medication refills, and clinical documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active, unrestricted California Medical License (MD or DO) and current DEA. Prior community health center experience is highly preferred. Comfort and efficiency navigating modern digital workflows and EMR systems. Bilingual skills in Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish are highly preferred.
