About Clinica Sierra VistaClinica Sierra Vista is one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in California, serving the Central Valley for more than 47 years through more than 30 community health centers across Fresno and Kern counties and growing. Position SummaryWe are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding Womens Health program. This position provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative group practice dedicated to bringing high-quality services in the outpatient and in-patient setting to the underserved population in Central Valley. New and Recent Graduates Are Welcome. We offer a supportive, mentorship-oriented environment with support for board-certification preparation and professional development.

Integrated EMR:
Epic utilized across clinic and hospital settings for streamlined documentation and care coordinationBalanced Schedule approximately 3 clinic days per week combined with a shared call rotation, one weekend per month and one weekday per weekGynecologic surgery day- utilizing OR designated block time set by the hospital Protected Post-Call Day
- to support physician wellness and patient safetyDeliver at One Hospital with Maternal-Fetal Medicine support and Level III NICURobotics Available for GYN surgery (optional, not required)Collaborative Culture Open communication, shared decision-making, and mentorship for early-career physiciansContinuity of Care Model Emphasis on longitudinal patient relationships and coordinated womens health servicesQuality-of-Life Focused•home-call structure
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary:
$320,000 $380,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.- 3% annual merit increase.
Retention Bonus:
Up to $150,000, structured over the length of the employment agreement. Ability to apply to home loan (Mortgage Subsidy).Relocation Assistance:
