The institution maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate resources to support effective urological care delivery. Administrative and clinical support systems are in place to facilitate care coordination throughout the assignment. About the Facility Location Santa Cruz County, California offers a range of coastal and community attractions suited to varied interests. The area is known for its regional landmarks and hosts seasonal community gatherings and events that reflect its active local culture. Clinicians on assignment will find year-round recreational and cultural opportunities throughout the region. About the Clinician's Workday The Urology Physician Associate will provide full scope urological coverage across clinic and operating room settings during day shift hours, 4 days per week, managing approximately 13-16 patients per day. The clinician will perform full scope urology procedures in both the outpatient clinic and OR environments. Some first call coverage is possible as part of this assignment. An active California medical license and DEA registration are required for this position.
