Job Description
Solomon Medical is hiring a full-time physician for our Santa Cruz / Watsonville + Gilroy / Morgan Hill post-acute care programs. This role is a strong fit for an Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Hospitalist physician who enjoys complex patient care but wants a more flexible day-to-day schedule than many hospital-based roles. Physicians typically round in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, manage post-acute and long-term care patients, collaborate with facility teams and remain available for clinical follow-up during scheduled coverage hours. The role offers meaningful autonomy, steady clinical variety and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients, families and care teams. You will not be on your own. Solomon Medical provides medical leadership, APP collaboration and a responsive operations team to help keep workflows organized and manageable. For physicians interested in growth, there may also be opportunities for medical directorship, quality initiatives and leadership development as the practice expands.
