Position Highlights & Compensation Options We offer two flexible compensation models tailored to fit your lifestyle and professional goals:

Competitive Salary:

$453,000 $500,000 base, with additional incentives for call and services Model 1:

Laborist-Only Schedule Schedule:

3 laborist shifts per pay period (24-hour shifts)

Additional Incentives:

Paid call coverage and bonus opportunities

Ideal For:

Physicians seeking hospital-based work with no clinic responsibilities Model 2: Hybrid (Clinic + Laborist)

Schedule:

2 clinic days + 1 laborist shift per week

Productivity Incentives:

Additional earnings based on wRVU production

Call Compensation:

Additional pay for extra shifts
