This role combines two vital responsibilities: providing direct patient care two days a week, and serving as provider, offering guidance and oversight to our team of Advanced Practice Providers. Duties would include:

Providing direct patient care during scheduled clinic days (16 hours per week). Being available as needed, on days working in the clinic, as well as remotely when not in the clinic, to assist the APP(s) with clinical questions or patient care concerns. Collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. Supporting and promoting Stallant's emphasis on preventive and lifestyle medicine. Collaborating with admin on development of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Fostering a positive, supportive, and inspiring work environment consistent with Stallant's mission and values.

Qualifications :
