Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:

$390/hour, all-inclusive

Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Provide anesthesia support for general and regional cases in hospital operating rooms Float across multiple facilities, including renowned centers in the region Work independently in high-acuity settings, supporting adult and adolescent patients Collaborate with CRNAs, with occasional oversight responsibilities Support surgical teams with a variety of surgical procedures, excluding cardiac, liver, or neuro cases Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

What You Need Required:

Active CA Medical License and DEA (Schedule 2/2N) Board Certification in Anesthesiology (or eligible with fellowship training) Minimum of 2 years recent experience at tertiary care centers Recent solo practice experience BLS and ACLS (AHA)

Preferred:
