POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving a vibrant and diverse Los Angeles community Join a mission-driven organization focused on accessible, relationship-based primary care Practice in a structured clinic environment with strong operational and clinical support Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining true work-life balance

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
Monday through Friday outpatient schedule No nights No weekends No call responsibilities Approximately 20-24 patients daily Outpatient-only primary care setting
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and acute visits Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment Coordinate care plans, education, referrals, and follow-up services Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly compensation: $120-$125/hour based on experience Federal and state loan repayment eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time CME paid time off and stipend 403(b) retirement plan Long-term growth and advancement opportunities
Requirements:
MD or
DO REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
REQUIRED
Active California medical license
REQUIRED
Active DEA registration
REQUIRED
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care
