Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship trained Pain Management Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will lead efforts to assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will help improve quality of life for patients through innovative pain management strategies, including interventional procedures and medication management. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate pain levels, medical history, and treatment goals. Develop personalized pain management plans utilizing a variety of techniques such as various interventional procedures as well as medication management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, psychiatrists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Educate patients on pain management options, medication use, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies. Stay current with advancements in pain medicine, clinical research findings, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care. Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the state of California. Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with subspecialty training in pain management preferred. Proven experience performing interventional pain management procedures Familiarity with EMR systems and other medical imaging tools essential for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning. Strong knowledge of physiology, pharmacology related to pain management, and medical terminology necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Pay:
$200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
