Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Jackson, CA! We are seeking a motivated and mission driven Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician to join our rural residency program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to thrive in an academic environment, teach the next generation of physicians, and make a meaningful impact in a medically challenging ruralmunity.

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Required Must be qualified and appropriately credentialed physicians capable of providing clinical care and resident education.
  • Required Must maintain active clinical skills and provide direct patient care to model appropriate practice for residents.
  • Required Must be able to teach, supervise, and evaluate residents using ACGMEpetency based assessment frameworks
  • Required Must participate in curriculum development, resident assessment, and program evaluation, contributing to continuous program improvement.
  • Required Must want to do a variety of procedures
