Position Summary A well-established, Federally Qualified Health Center in the Lake Forest, California area is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician for ongoing locum coverage. Permanent opportunities are also available for those interested in a longer-term arrangement.

ASAP; 3 Month Contract (with possible extensions)
Schedule:
Tuesday
  • Thursday
  • 8am-5pm Friday
  • 12pm-9pm
Friday Shift Available:
8am-12pmSaturday

Veradigm (Formerly Allscripts) APP Supervision and Mentoring Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred but not requiredOpportunities in San Juan Capistrano as well
Candidate Requirements:
Active California Medical LicenseBoard Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-PediatricsActive DEAExperience in Ambulatory Primary Care
