APP (NP/PA) Nephrology Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group - 4.0 Loma Linda, CA Job Details Full-time $155,000 - $185,000 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Loan repayment program Relocation assistance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Loan forgiveness Life insurance Qualifications Advanced practice provider Full Job Description Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Division of Nephrology, is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing nephrology team. While prior nephrology experience is preferred, exceptional and highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice across multiple clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, dialysis units, and inpatient nephrology consult services. The successful candidate will work closely with nephrology faculty and become an integral part of a collaborative, academically focused team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Responsibilities The APP will participate in a broad range of clinical activities, including: Providing care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and other kidney-related disorders in the outpatient setting including continuity clinics. Rounding on patients in outpatient dialysis facilities during designated outpatient rotations. Evaluating and managing new and follow-up nephrology consults in the acute care setting under the supervision of attending nephrologists. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and scholarly activities; involvement in clinical research is encouraged. Assisting with other clinical and administrative duties within the Division of Nephrology as appropriate to training, qualifications, and departmental needs. Compensation & Benefits The listed compensation range reflects starting base salary and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and applicable faculty rank.
Base Compensation:
$155,000 - $185,000 annually Additional compensation opportunities may be available through productivity and departmental incentive programs.
