SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

Monday through Friday clinic schedule No night or weekend call Average daily patient volume of 20-24 patients Outpatient primary care only Team-supported clinic environment

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management Maintain accurate documentation and quality metrics compliance Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary support teams to improve patient outcomes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation equivalent to approximately $120-$125/hour Potential annual earnings exceeding $300K depending on schedule and productivity Federal and state student loan repayment eligibility Medical malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, vacation, sick time, and paid holidays CME allowance plus paid CME time 403(b) retirement plan Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization
