Job Description

Family Medicine locum in McKinleyville, CA-Asap & Ongoing-Outpatient coverage-California license required-$165 Hr McKinleyville Community Health Center 1644 Central Avenue McKinleyville, CA 95519 EMR-Epic Average 18 patients per day Outpatient coverage Asap and Ongoing coverage License in California required Average credentialing 45-90 days California license required IM accepted, peds not required but preferred. Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for. Chart closure within 72 hours Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD Monday-Friday 8-5 Mix of peds/adults A decision is typically made within 7-14 days NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedule II An active DEA is needed before starting Credentialing takes 30-90 days
