Join a dedicated and collegial team who provide outpatient care at a reputable and established organization that has been a staple in the Los Angeles area for more than 100 years. Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights:

Full‑time, Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician Practice location: Mission Hills California facilities Outpatient only with no hospital responsibilities Strong emphasis on quality, patient outcomes, and evidence-based care After‑hours call volume is shared among physicians in the region (approximately once per month) Supportive, team-based care environment with experienced clinical staff

Schedule:

Full‑time physicians are scheduled 4.5 days per week Emphasis on sustainable practice and work‑life balance Generous paid time off

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is between $280,000 and $350,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical and dental insurance Life and disability insurance Substantial employer‑paid retirement plan contribution Eligibility to participate in Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through our affiliation with Providence (subject to program requirements) Shareholder opportunities available for clinically strong, committed physicians
