Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and has 2-3 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive primary care services to patients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions Perform routine physical exams, preventative care, and health screenings Develop and implement patient care plans based on evidence-based practices Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Complete all patient charts in the EMR in a timely manner in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards Collaborate with clinical staff, specialists, and management to ensure continuity of care Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative health measures Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all clinical guidelines
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required) Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting will consider new graduates. Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice DEA certification (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in EMR preferably
