Job Description

ENT Physician Location:
Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Camarillo, CA About West Coast Ear Nose & Throat Medical Group West Coast Ear Nose & Throat Medical Group is a premier specialty practice dedicated to providing world-class otolaryngology care across Ventura County. With convenient office locations in Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Camarillo, our team is committed to delivering advanced medical and surgical solutions for a wide range of ENT conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general ENT care across both clinical and surgical settings. Maintain a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days in the clinic and one day in the OR. Perform a variety of office procedures, including: Tubes, cerumen removal, and myringoplasties (ear drum repair). Intratympanic steroid injections and endoscopic debridements. Balloon sinuplasties (judiciously) and cryoblations. Oral biopsies, flexlaryngoscopies, needle biopsies, and nasal fracture reductions. Laser tongue ties and removal of small masses under local anesthesia. Leverage the flexibility to lean into specific sub-specialties or procedures of interest. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT). Active California medical license or the willingness to obtain one. A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team. The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
