This role focuses on increasing patient referrals, promoting our services, and supporting practice growth. Responsibilities Visit physician offices and healthcare facilities to build referral relationships. Promote the practice's services and specialties. Develop new referral sources and maintain existing partnerships. Address referral concerns and provider feedback. Track outreach activities and referral trends. Attend networking and community events. Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on growth initiatives. Requirements 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical sales, or business development preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must reside in or be willing to regularly travel within the Oxnard, Ventura, and Camarillo area.
