We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our dedicated team at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas. This is an exceptional opportunity for physicians committed to delivering the highest standard of neonatal care within a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be invested in patient-centered practice, medical excellence, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 72-bed Level-III NICU with an average daily census of 60 infants. Manage critically ill neonates requiring advanced interventions, including neonatal ECMO, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), and whole-body cooling. Participate in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization efforts, supporting our active neonatal transport program. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric subspecialists, pediatric surgeon support, and intensivists overseeing PICU and CVICU patients. Contribute to an integrated care model that emphasizes continuity, quality, and family-centered care. Engage in teaching opportunities with residents and medical students as part of our academic affiliation. Support and uphold clinical practice guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (awaiting certification is acceptable with eligibility confirmed). Active or in-process licensure to practice in Nevada. Committed to providing excellent neonatal care within a team-oriented environment. Open to new fellowship graduates through 2025; visa sponsorship available. Not accepting locum candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting base salary of $250,000 for new fellowship graduates, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Relocation assistance available.
