Job Description

Physician Liaison Job Summary The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing, managing and strengthening referral relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and key community partners. This role is instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strategic referral partnerships with medical practices to drive patient referrals, support business growth and directly contribute to increased overall revenue through targeted relationship development. Serving as key ambassador for the brand organization, the Physician Liaison identifies new referral opportunities, enhancing provider engagement and ensuring a seamless connection between referring partners and our internal clinical teams. This position plays a critical role in expanding market presence and optimizing referral conversion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to expand and strengthen the referral network, with a focus on driving qualified new patient volume and revenue growth. Build, manage and grow high-value relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to increase growth with qualified patient referral sources. Conduct in person visits, presentations and educational meetings with physicians and clinical teams to potential referral sources. Proactively engage with referring physicians to gather and analyze feedback, identify concerns, complaints or barriers impacting referral flow and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective timely solutions. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align outreach initiatives with organizational growth and revenue objectives. Develops and maintains relationships within the physician community to enhance lines of communication and build referral base. Serve as primary contact for referring providers ensuring concierge level experience. Track, analyze and report referral trends, activity and performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies. Maintain complete and comprehensive CRM documentation for all referral relationships, activities and opportunities. Represent the organization at community industry and professional events, including evening and weekends as needed to elevate brand visibility and communicate the excellence and advanced state-of-the-art capabilities. Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinators to plan, coordinate and execute community events that enhance brand awareness, strengthen community relationships, and support referral growth. Strategically identify, develop and facilitate physician speaker programs to enhance provider engagement, support education, and strengthen community and professional relationships. Analyze competitive landscape by assessing market trends, pricing structures, and service offerings of competing centers, providing actionable insights to support growth, differentiation and market growth.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Marketing or Business related field.
Experience:
Required:
Minimum of three to five years of experience in physician relations, business development, or healthcare marketing in specialty care experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of driving referral growth and building strategic provider relationships. Exceptional interpersonal communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel locally as needed.

$85,000.00 per year
