Job Description

Job description Pediatric Opportunity in California Join a mission-driven team providing compassionate care to children and families in one of California's most underserved communities. This full-time outpatient Pediatric position with a federally qualified health center allows you to make a lasting impact while working alongside behavioral health, dental, and social work professionals. You'll focus on continuity, prevention, and wellness in a supportive, team-based setting.
Practice Overview:
You'll provide full-spectrum pediatric care in an outpatient-only setting Integrated team includes mental health, dental, and case management support Focus on continuity, prevention, and management of common and chronic conditions Clinic infrastructure supports collaborative care and efficient workflows
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with no hospital or weekend duties EMR-supported workflows for documentation and care coordination Access to on-site diagnostics, labs, and referral services Supportive leadership available for consults and peer collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
Employed position with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice coverage Paid time off, holidays, and CME allowance included Loan repayment eligibility through federal and state programs Stable practice with long-term patient relationships and strong community ties
Candidate Requirements:
