Base:

$375,000

• $425,000 / year (Plus call pay) Opportunity for Productivity Incentive Relocation Incentive up to $20,000 PLUS Signing Incentive of either: up to $125,000 Sign-On Bonus OR up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus AND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment Group-paid benefits option (including group contribution to HSA account) or "buy-up" plans available 8 weeks time off per year Company 401k matching program
