Job Description:
Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking a new grad or experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our well-established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA. This position will work with an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. While experience is helpful, attitude and fit are the most important qualities for this surgeon.

Group affiliation with Dignity Health, offering connection to the highest standard of health care A physician-led, professionally managed, and collegial practice environment Combination of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities 4 day, 10 hours/day schedule available. Typically 2 days OR, 2 days clinic/week, but schedules may vary Clinical duties include consultations, follow-ups, procedures Involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics Single hospital and clinic site - no commuting between facilities Excellent work-life balance in a supportive, team-oriented setting Located in a beautiful Northern California community with affordable real estate, top-rated schools, and year-round outdoor recreation
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $145,000-$155,000 + productivity incentives Sign-on & relocation bonus Generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, CME) 100% employer-paid options for medical, dental insurance, plus 'buy-up' options Group-paid malpractice coverage CME stipend Robust retirement (401k with up to 7-9% contribution from the group!) PSLF-eligible position Job Requirements Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current and unrestricted California license and certification Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery recommended First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings ( We are willing to train)
Compensation Information:
$145000.00 / Annually - $150000.00 / Annually
