05/22/2026 Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand Surgery to join our dynamic and growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collegial, faith-based academic environment with a strong emphasis on teaching and mentorship.
Position Highlights:
Join a busy, high-volume practice with 16+ orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants Be actively involved in training 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows Engage in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient care, research, and education Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs

Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Total Annual Compensation:
$450,000 - $550,000 The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort, as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $405,000 - $495,000. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
