Schedule:

Monday to

Friday Patient Appointment Times:

First appointment at 9:00 am, last appointment at 4:00-4:30 pm

Lunch Break:

1-hour unpaid lunch break

Contract Duration:

August through October, with the possibility of extension

Work Details Support Staff:

Includes a practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, and patient care associates

Coverage Needed:

Full-time, with no on-call requirements

Daily Patient Census:

18-20 patients

Patient Population:

All ages, from newborns to geriatrics

Practice Setting:

Outpatient family medicine in a community health center environment

Procedures:

Preferably able to perform common outpatient procedures such as biopsies and sutures

Equipment:

Standard primary care outpatient office equipment

EMR System:

Epic Requirements Board Certification:

Preferred but not required

State License:

Must have an unrestricted California medical license

DEA Certificate:

Required Certifications:

BLS or ACLS required

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience

EMR Experience:

Epic experience is strongly preferred

Background:

Must have a clean background with no malpractice issues

Travel Logistics Travel Expenses:

Client will cover flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging

Additional Information Training:

Required training before patient care starts, including compliance, HIPAA, and anti-harassment training

Bill Rate:

$190 per hour
