• San Jose CA HouseCall MD Per Diem | Flexible Schedule | No Nights No Weekends Overview HouseCall MD is seeking a Geriatric Physician MD or DO to join our clinical care team in San Jose CA and surrounding areas.

We are a physician-led mobile medical group providing primary care services to elderly patients in private homes assisted living facilities and residential care settings. This role is designed to maximize physician autonomy while minimizing administrative burden.
