Lake Forest, California Primary Care Physician Opening
Irvine Clinical Role:

Seeking a physician board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics or Family Medicine Board Certified strongly preferred. Board eligible would be considered if certification is obtained within two years of hire.
BLS required
Outpatient OnlySchedule:
Monday
- Friday
- 8:00am
- 5:00pm/40 hours per week
- 12pm-9pm one day per week
- possible Saturday rotation with clinic expansion-
Call Requirements:
Shared call coverage-very light volume with RN triage screening first. Approximately two calls per week on average
- Client prefers at least 2 years post residency experience with a start date as soon as possible
- due to clients urgent need, but open to new graduates
- Conditions seen include primary care/acute and chronic conditionsProcedures performed include
- Routine office-based procedures,(paps, I&D's, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, toenail removals, basic suturing and removals, etc
- Ages of patients seen
- Must be able to see all ages-
EMR:
Allscripts/Veradigm, expected to transition to EPIC-Providers in the group include a team of MDs/NPs/PAs-Collaborative team based structure including medical, behavioral health, case management and care coordination support.
- Team based model includes MA's, case management, referral specialists and behavioral health support.
