Lake Forest, California Primary Care Physician Opening

Seeking a physician board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine-Pediatrics or Family Medicine Board Certified strongly preferred. Board eligible would be considered if certification is obtained within two years of hire.

BLS required

Outpatient OnlySchedule:

Monday

• Friday
• 8:00am
• 5:00pm/40 hours per week
• 12pm-9pm one day per week
• possible Saturday rotation with clinic expansion

Call Requirements:

Shared call coverage-very light volume with RN triage screening first. Approximately two calls per week on average.

Client prefers at least 2 years post residency experience with a start date as soon as possible

• due to clients urgent need, but open to new graduates.

Conditions seen include primary care/acute and chronic conditionsProcedures performed include

• Routine office-based procedures,(paps, I&D's, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, toenail removals, basic suturing and removals, etc

EMR:

Allscripts/Veradigm, expected to transition to EPICProviders in the group include a team of MDs/NPs/PAs-Collaborative team based structure including medical, behavioral health, case management and care coordination support.
