Required Skills:
Valid medical license in California or eligible for IMLC licensing Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Proven experience in primary care, including adult and geriatric patient management Proficiency with NextGen EMR system Ability to perform procedures such as PAPs, cryo, punch biopsies, simple wound care, joint injections, and toenail removals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a patient load of approximately 15-18 patients per day efficiently Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working in a busy primary care setting Additional certifications in minor procedures or specialized patient care Familiarity with team-based healthcare models Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse communities
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of primary care practice experience preferred Current California medical license or eligible for licensure via
IMLC Other Requirements:
