Job Description

Full-Time, OutpatientWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our practice in beautiful Temecula, California. This is a full-time position where you will be joining a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values patient education, and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, dietitians, and other specialists, to deliver patient-centered care.

Educate patients and their families about managing chronic endocrine conditions, emphasizing preventive care and lifestyle modification.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous advancement of our practice.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

Valid California medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to start date.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
