• Typically see around 18
• 20 patients per day Scheduled weekly administrative time, ~40 mins baked into each day 40 min new pt visits, 20 min follow up pt visits Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers Dedicated support staff, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license This position does not require call or urgent care shifts, outpatient only Urgent care shifts are optional for additional pay, not required Office hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 AM•5 PM, no nights or weekends What makes an Optum organization different?

The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
