Situated on 16 scenic acres with stunning ocean views, this facility provides the highest standard of mental health care and proudly holds The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval®. Each patient receives a highly structured, individualized treatment plan designed to ensure success upon discharge.
Facility & Program Highlights:
Comprehensive Care:
55-bed inpatient hospital with established Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs.
Specialized Units:
Distinct units for Adult High and Low Acuity, a Voluntary Military Unit, Adolescents, and Children. Adolescent Care (Ages 12-17): Features a full treatment team providing comprehensive assessments, group therapy, medication management, school participation, and family involvement. A Teen After-School Program is also in place to help bridge the transition back to home life.
Dual Diagnosis & Detox:
Specialized care for patients with co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency diagnoses, including medically supervised detoxification.
Military Support Program:
Department of Defense-approved programs utilizing evidence-based treatments for active duty members, dependents, and veterans, with a focus on PTSD and Military Sexual Trauma.
Treatment Model:
The hospital utilizes the proven Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) treatment model.
Streamlined Workflow:
All History and Physicals (H&Ps) are handled by a local Primary Care Group, allowing psychiatric staff to focus on specialized care.
Scope of Work:
Inpatient Oversight:
Manage a 17-bed unit with an Average Daily Census (ADC) of 12-15 patients.
Flexible Schedule:
Dedicated administrative time built into the schedule.
Call Requirements:
Shared weekday call only; no weekend call required .

This position offers the unique opportunity to build, grow, and shape the program according to your clinical vision.
Compensation & Benefits:
