We are currently looking for a

BC/BE OBGYN

physician to join our growing and physician-owned OB/GYN practice in Ventura, CA . Our practice fosters a collegial team environment with 3 board certified OB/GYN physicians, 1 physician assistant, and a tenured support staff helping ensure operational efficiency. We offer the full scope of OB-GYN services, including in-office procedures as well as block time at the hospital for minimally invasive GYN surgeries, which includes access to the DaVinci robot. We operate and deliver at St. Johns Regional Hospital , and our physicians average 8-10 deliveries/month per provider with the option to take call from home. We are offering a 3-day work week with 1 post-call day and 1 admin day, allowing for great work-life balance . The salary range for this role is $220,000 to $280,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
