Job Description

The Senior Manager, Outpatient Imaging is responsible for oversight of the day to day operations for all technical personnel assigned to the off campus imaging locations. Works in close collaboration with departmental managers and supervisors to ensure the efficient, compliant, and high-quality operation of all outpatient imaging centers. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations, driving standardization, and maintaining regulatory readiness across multiple sites. This role performs rounds as appropriate to areas of responsibility and develops performance metrics for continuous monitoring of the department processes. This position is responsible for the departments' continuous, effective operation and for the continuous improvement of its activities. A clear vision for the areas working in concert with the strategic goals of the PIH Health organization is expected. Promotion of all PIH Health imaging services and relationship building with all PIH Health Physicians as well as other community ordering clinicians is an expectation of this position. An unwavering focus on the customer/patient, constant emphasis on safety, superior performance and image quality characterize the functions of this position. This position will serve as the liaison between the PIH Health Hospital Radiology Department and our PIH Health Physicians. This is a management position. RIS/HIS/PACS/EMR
Organizational skills. Maintain compliance for all outpatient imaging centers Monitor workflow, staffing, and service delivery to ensure optimal patient care and operational performance. Ability to establish business relationships with referring clinicians to understand their needs. Team building and facilitator skills.
Required Experience Required:
Certificates from CRT and ARRT Fluoroscopy Permit Current BLS (AHA) certification Five (5) years clinical experience Five (5) Years Supervisory/management experience in a Radiology department
