Mon-Fri, 8a-5p •

Practice Setting:

Inpatient •

Types of Cases:

OB/Gyn procedures, Endometrial Biopsy, UID inserts and removals, Nexplanon insert and removals, Hystercopies, Colposcopies ad LEEP for MD •

Credentialing Timeframe:

30 days • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC •

Certifications Required:

Must be Board Certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) •

Licensure Required:
