Job Description

  • Anesthesiology Opening in Colorado Springs, CO
  • We are seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join a large, collaborative, and growing anesthesia team. Diverse case mix, excellent compensation, flexible scheduling with generous time off, and the ability to practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Join a team of 50+ anesthesiologists across multiple practice settings, including trauma centers and outpatient surgical facilities
  • Practice in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of cases and acuity levels

  • Opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and optional leadership or teaching involvement
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures, including:
  • High-acuity trauma
  • Obstetrics (OB)
  • Major spine procedures
  • General, vascular, and thoracic surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • ENT
  • Gynecology
  • Urology
  • Gastrointestinal procedures
  • Deliver patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Participate in a shared, equitable call rotation
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain and expand clinical and procedural skills across specialties
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and clinical excellence
  • Qualifications (Required)
  • Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • DEA registration (required prior to start)
  • Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary:
    $469,000 - $520,000 annually
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $30,000 annual quality incentive bonus
  • Additional earning opportunities through extra shifts
