About Mountain View Pain Center:
An outstanding opportunity to join Mountain View Pain Center, Arizona and Colorado's largest and only comprehensive pain management practice. With locations throughout Colorado, this part-time position will be for the south Denver metro area. As one of the primary pain physicians for the region, the ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality interventional pain management and patient care, while also demonstrating team leadership skills. Our collaborative, patient-centered approach ensures every patient receives coordinated care from a multidisciplinary team working together towards the goals of restoring function, improving quality of life, and promoting long-term wellness. This role involves the evaluation and management of patients with acute and chronic pain, including the performance of high-quality interventional procedures in an outpatient procedure suite and our developing outpatient surgery center. The physician will be expected to conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, recommend appropriate imaging and therapies, and develop individualized treatment plans.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality interventional procedures in the outpatient procedure suite or in the company's outpatient surgery center (in development) Evaluate patients with excellent service and communication, which includes performing skilled musculoskeletal examinations, recommending appropriate studies, therapies, and treatment planning to diagnose and manage pain Work and communicate well with staff and pain management team Perform other work-related duties as assigned by theChief Medical Officer Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
Completion of an ACGME-accredited pain fellowship program Completion of a Physiatry (PM&R) or Anesthesiology residency program Board Certified/Board Eligible in PM&R/Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine Active state medical license and DEA license without prior disciplinary history Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy Strong communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information This position requires critical thinking, problem solving, and strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment. Ability to work independently with little supervisionLicense/Certification:
