Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates is an independent, physician owned, large multispecialty private practice providing Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep care to the Denver metro area for over 40 years. Our dedicated team of Board Certified Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Physicians along with our skilled clinical and administrative staff exclusively serve multiple CommonSpirit and AdventHealth nonprofit Hospital ICUs throughout the Denver metro area and multiple outpatient clinics spanning Colorado's Front Range. CCPSA's strong organizational culture has a singular focus on excellence in patient-centered care, enabled by strong teamwork and a highly collaborative approach across all clinical and business environments. We are currently seeking a skilled, board certified Sleep Physician to join our well-established practice and committed team of professionals. Candidates with additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine are encouraged to apply, as there is opportunity to incorporate outpatient pulmonary medicine into the role based on candidate interest and practice needs. What we do in our Outpatient Sleep (and Pulmonary)Clinics:
We provide comprehensive assessment and ongoing management of a wide variety of complex sleep (and pulmonary) diagnoses for both new and established patients. We have a robust HST program based out of each of our outpatient clinic locations utilizing both Nox T3 and WatchPAT sleep testing devices. Our sleep physicians interpret both home sleep tests and in-lab studies for patients seen directly by our sleep physicians, as well as for our broader team of pulmonary physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs). Our respiratory therapists lead our internal mask fitting clinics to support our patients new to PAP therapies and provide ongoing patient resources. We prescribe and monitor medications and therapy to treat all varieties of sleep disorders. We partner with and provide oversight, leadership, and support for our Advanced Practice Providers (NP and PA) in our outpatient clinics. We build and nurture a culture of strong positive communication with staff, consulting physicians, nurses, RTs, etc. to best provide excellence in patient care for our patients. We encourage physician leadership and creative influence over the design and implementation of continued improvements in CCPSA's sleep medicine delivery model. We provide education on sleep medicine related topics to our internal clinical team and hospital partners. We engage in and support clinical and administrative leadership activities and initiatives. We utilize Epic as our integrated electronic medical record platform across our outpatient clinic network. For physicians interested in maintaining pulmonary practice, there is opportunity to provide outpatient pulmonary care within our established clinic structure.Where We Work:
CCPSA currently serves patients in the following outpatient clinic locations: West Clinic in Lakewood, CO South Clinic in Parker, CO Central Clinic in Littleton, CO North Clinic in Westminster, CO Goodland, KS In addition to our physical clinic locations, we maintain robust telehealth capabilities that allow us to care for patients throughout Colorado and beyond the Denver metro area. Skills, Education and/orWork Experience Requirements:
Completion of an accredited fellowship in Sleep Medicine. Board Certified in Sleep Medicine. Candidates with additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Flexibility to travel to various sites, as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, patients, and colleagues. Competitive market-driven compensation and benefits package.Compensation range:
$300,000 - $320,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Fully paid medical malpractice insurance premiums. No night, weekend, or holiday shift responsibilities. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits with partial practice subsidy. 401k retirement benefits, with employer contributions following the eligibility period.
