Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

Competitive range of $257,000 - $286,000 annually.

Sign-On Bonus:

Eligibility for up to $20,000 .

Productivity Bonus:

Generous incentives based on wRVUs .

Student Loan Assistance:

Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years).

Requirements:

Board Status:

Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must have completed residency).

Licensure:

Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.

Credentials:

Must have or be able to obtain a DEA prior to start.

Compliance:

Clean malpractice history is highly preferred; must provide a recent NPDB Self Query Report.
