Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Ute Mountain Ute Health Center | Towaoc, Colorado $275 to $325 Per Hour Plus Travel and Lodging The Ute Mountain Ute Health Center is seeking a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric services for children and adolescents. This is a flexible part-time opportunity serving Native American communities in southwest Colorado. Position Highlights $275 to $325 per hour Travel expenses covered Lodging provided or reimbursed Flexible schedule Approximately 16 hours per month No call responsibilities No weekends or federal holidays Long-term contract opportunity with option years Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in children and adolescents Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with behavioral health and medical providers Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours Provide consultation and education to clinical staff Deliver culturally sensitive care to Native American patients and families Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Current unrestricted U.S. medical license Board Certification in Psychiatry Child and adolescent psychiatric experience preferred Minimum three years of psychiatric practice experience Current BLS certification Experience with Native American populations preferred Schedule 1 to 2 clinic days per month Approximately 12 to 24 days annually Clinic hours generally 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Apply today to make a lasting impact on the mental health and well-being of Native American youth.
