Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative adult primary care practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive outpatient environment focused on work-life balance, professional growth, and personalized medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient histories, physical exams, and screenings. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic studies Conduct routine and urgent care visits. Document patient encounters accurately within EMR systems. Coordinate follow-up care and patient communication. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members. Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active Connecticut PA license EMR experience required (eClinicalWorks preferred) Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
