Job Description

Primary Care Physician - Ellington, CT Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Setting:
    100% outpatient, office-based primary care
  • Schedule:
    Full-time weekdays only, option for 4-day work week
  • Option to see Pediatrics & Adult or 18+ patients
  • Phone call coverage: approximately 1:3 weeks
  • Optional teaching opportunity with faculty appointment
